LinguaDub ("the Service") is an AI-powered video dubbing platform operated by Celebrus Inc. The Service translates and dubs video content into supported languages using automated speech recognition, machine translation, and text-to-speech synthesis.

2. Acceptable Use

By using the Service, you agree that:

You own the content you upload, or have explicit permission/license to dub it.
You will not upload content that infringes on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
You will not upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of dubbed content complies with applicable copyright law in your jurisdiction.

3. Copyright & DMCA

LinguaDub is a tool. We do not monitor or review the content you upload. You bear full responsibility for the legality of dubbing any content you submit.

DMCA Takedown: If you believe content processed through our service infringes your copyright, send a DMCA takedown notice to [email protected] including:

Identification of the copyrighted work
Description of the infringing activity
Your contact information
A statement of good faith belief
Your physical or electronic signature

We will respond to valid DMCA notices within 48 hours.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your original content.
Dubbed output is yours. We claim no ownership of processed videos.
We do not use your content for training AI models.

5. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as-is." We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Processing times are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Quality Disclaimer

AI dubbing produces automated translations and synthesized voices. Results may contain translation errors, pronunciation issues, or timing mismatches. The Service is not a replacement for professional human dubbing where accuracy is critical (legal, medical, safety content).

7. Payment & Refunds

Pricing is per-video as displayed at time of purchase. If a job fails due to a technical error on our end, you will receive a full refund or free re-processing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Celebrus Inc. is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to copyright claims from third parties resulting from content you chose to dub.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, particularly for repeated copyright infringement.
