1. Who We Are

LinguaDub is operated by Celebrus Inc. ("we", "us"). Our website is lingvodub.com.

2. What We Collect

• Account information: Username, email address and hashed password when you create an account.
• Video files: Uploaded temporarily for processing. Your upload is deleted right after processing; your dubbed video and subtitles are deleted automatically 72 hours after delivery.
• Usage data: Job metadata (language, engine, timestamps) for service operation. No tracking pixels or third-party analytics.
• Payment information: Handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To process your dubbing jobs
• To send account emails (welcome, receipts) and job completion notifications (if you opt in)
• To maintain and improve the service

We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising. We do not use your videos for AI training.

4. Where Your Data Is Processed

Your videos are processed on our own private servers — they are not sent to outside AI or cloud services. We use two service providers only for running the business: Stripe (payments) and Brevo (sending emails). They receive only what they need for that purpose, never your videos.

5. Data Retention

• Uploaded videos: Deleted right after processing.
• Dubbed videos and subtitles: Available to download for 72 hours after delivery, then deleted automatically. Please download your files within that time.
• Improvement records (only if you choose): When you tick "Help improve LinguaDub" before a dub, we keep the text of that dub — the transcript, the translation and our quality-check results, never the video, the audio or the file name — for 90 days, then delete it automatically. It is used only to find and fix dubbing mistakes, never shared and never used to train AI models. If you do not tick it, no record is kept.
• Feedback: Ratings and comments you send about a dub are kept to improve the service.
• Account data: Retained until you request deletion.

6. Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing [email protected].

7. Cookies

We use a single session cookie for login. No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no third-party cookies.
